Kamen Rider ZX



About 3 years passed between the end of Kamen Rider Super-1 and the introduction of the tenth Kamen Rider in Jugotanjo Kamen Rider Zeninshugo [Kamen Rider #10'S Birth! Riders Come Together] which featured all of the previous nine Kamen Riders (1 through Super-1).

ZX was originaly a character in a 13 part magazine serial. Apparently there had at one time been plans for a Kamen Rider ZX series but no such series was ever made, past the introductory special.



An airplane piloted by Murasama, Ryou (Sugata, Shun) and carrying his sister is shot down by UFOs. Brother and sister survive but are captured by the terrorist organization the Badan Empire.



Murasama, Ryou's sister is killed, he is transformed into the cyborg warrior ZX.



The Badan Empire erased Murasama, Ryou's memory but an accident causes him to recover it.

He escapes from Badan and vows revenge against them. At first meet with Masked Rider Riderman and Masked Rider Super-1, he thinks they are agents of Badan Empire.



When ZX mistakes Riderman and Kamen Rider Super-1 for Badan agents Kamen Rider V3 explains the Kamen Riders to ZX then Kazami, Shiro (Kamen Rider V3), Yuki, Joji (Riderman) and Oki, Kazuya (Kamen Rider Super 1) show him a video about all of the Kamen Riders 1 through Super 1). Later when confronting Badan, Murasama, Ryou introduces himself as Kamen Rider ZX. After the battle V3 proclaims ZX to be "Kamen Rider Number 10".


Masked Rider ZX's built in weapon



"Cross (Juuji) Shuriken" : a kind of grenade
"Impact (Shougeki) Bomb" : another small explosive



"Microchain" - transmited a powerful electric shock into his enemy



ZX's killing move is "ZX Kick".



Linked together ZX and the other 9 Kamen Riders generated the electrifying "Rider (Shindou) Shock".



Kamen Rider ZX wore a green scarf.



Like the early Kamen Riders, Murasama Ryou's motorcycle transformed when he did.
Kamen Rider ZX's motorcycle was called Hell Diver.



Before ZX met the other Kamen Riders, two people know that Murasama Ryou was ZX.
The scientist Dr.Kaido and the girl Rumi Ichijo.



Badan appears to be lead by Darkness Ambassador, but is actually lead by the Great Leader who was behind all the previous groups (Shocker through Neo Shocker), his voice is heard at the end.
